Contact Vibha Jain

A phone call, an email, or the form below — whichever suits you. There is no obligation attached to an initial enquiry, and no expectation that you will have your situation neatly explained.

Send a message

Please keep it brief. A sentence or two about what you would like to discuss is enough to start a conversation.

Please avoid including detailed medical information here — see the note below.

A note about privacy. This is a general enquiry form, not a secure medical channel. Please do not send detailed medical history, diagnoses, medication details, or other highly sensitive personal information through it. A short description of what you would like to discuss is enough — anything confidential is far better raised on a call or at your appointment.

After you get in touch

What happens next

Nothing is committed to at the point of an enquiry. The first exchange is simply about establishing what you are dealing with and whether this is a sensible direction for you.

FirstA reply
You will be contacted using whichever of your details is most convenient, to arrange a time to speak properly.
ThenAn initial conversation
A discussion about what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what you would like to understand.
ThenAn honest view
Whether hypnotherapy is a reasonable supportive option in your case — including if the answer is that another kind of professional support should come first.
Only thenA decision
Session arrangements are agreed with you directly. Nothing is booked, packaged or committed to before you have decided.

Two things worth knowing

This is not an urgent or crisis service. Enquiries are answered as soon as reasonably possible, but not immediately and not around the clock. If you need urgent help, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline straight away.

Some concerns belong with a doctor first. If you are living with a diagnosed eating disorder, significant or unexplained weight change, physical symptoms, or severe psychological symptoms, please speak with a qualified doctor or mental health professional. Hypnotherapy is a supportive approach and is not a substitute for that care. You are still welcome to get in touch with a question — you will simply be given an honest answer about what is appropriate.

Prefer to read first? The FAQ page answers twenty-two of the questions people most commonly ask, and The Session Process sets out exactly what an appointment involves.
